Fuel Cleaner

Hey guys just wondering. You know the fuel cleaners you can get at the gas stations when you fill up you can throw this fuel cleaner in every so often. Does anybody use these and is their a particular brand? Thanks

Chevron gas has Techron in it. From what I've read here and there, it really does keep you're fuel system clean and reduces carbon build up on the valves and pistons. I always fill up with Chevron.

The best one that I have found is REDLINE S-1. I usually ad one full bottle to the tank with each oil change (5,000miles). You can also use it diluted with every fill-up. It is endorsed by BMW and a number of other manufactures. I ran four bottles full strength back to back through a 1978 450 SL MB and it made a huge difference, smoother running, acceleration and better gas milage. This was in a car that always runs premium fuels with cleaner additives.

I highly recommend the REDLINE S-1.
