i was talking about the b&m shifters on automotion.com. the 98-01 shifters were almost 3X more expensive than the 02-up shifters.

This is the track shifter, likely not what you are looking for. The shifter is very tall on this model to get the shift **** up near the steering wheel for faster reaches to shift. It shortens the throw at the transmission and at the lever. It isn't appropriate for a street car.
