Bleeding clutch and Brakes

I need to do this shortly with new pads, clutch solenoid (on tranny) and new fluids and I am under the impression that they share the same fluid reservoir. Can some give me some directions on how this is done, lead me in the right direction or even which to do first regarding the bleeding/brakes or visa versa etc. I ran a search with no results. Also total amounts of fluids for complete flush and type of fluid (No tracking) just spirited driving from time to time.

Where you able to pick it up locally where you are. I am here in Phoenix, AZ and can't think of any places except maybe BAP motosports.
