i think you should get snows - i don't think they make an all season unless you shrink your wheel size..

get 18" and snows; my theory is that the winter wheels should look as good as the summers!

Full snows are probably overkill - it rarely snows more than once or twice per winter here in Charlotte and if it does it's usually 1-2 inches tops; in that case I'll probably VPN to work anyway.
I'm more concerned with the cold temperatures + summer tires = very little grip. That's why I'm leaning toward all-seasons, or an alternative tire that doesn't completely suck in the cold like I'm pretty sure the P-Zero's will...

you will have to go down to 225/40/18 front and 275/40/18 or 285/35/18 rear for Mich PS AS. The speedo will be a little off but should be okay.

actually that is a steal. i was offered $50,000.00 for an 04' with 30k as a trade in. i was told the dealer would try and retail it for $60,000.00
