Sometimes not enough is said...

I think that where a dealership really shines...keeps and wins new customers, is by having the best service people. Pfaff Porsche in Toronto has to be one of the best around.

My C4S recently had some service work completed and issues that required a lengthy stay at the dealership. The service that I received from David Tomassetti and the guys in the shop this time and indeed for the three years that I have been a Pfaff customer have been second to none. This guy really bends over backwards to be sure that all the commitments made...are kept. The dealership at this time of year is a log jam of people and cars who want to be first in line and are used to being in that position. Somehow Dave juggles the ***** without letting one slip away...at least in my opinion. The service guys are on the front lines! We own some amazing sports cars which require some work at inconvenient times for the owner. These are incredibly high tech machines and they break sometimes.

I, for one, am extremely grateful that Porsche attracts the best service people for the best cars!

Dave is one of those guys!
