Will these wheels fit?

New owner of a 1999 996 Cab.

I'm looking at wheels that are as follows:
Front: 19x8.5/Offset=47mm
Rear: 19x10/Offset=56mm

Will they fit? Will I need spacer? What size tires would work best?

Thanks in advance for your help. Great forum here.

J.D.

J.D.,

my off-sets are perfect with the same size wheels you want to get:

Front - 19x8.5 ET49 with 235/35
Rear - 19x10 ET53 with 275/30

I needed no spacer and it fills in the C2 wheel wells great. Lowered with H&R springs I can still go lower and not rub or need a fender roll.

My suggestion is to contact Damon at the Tire Rack to discuss tyres and your off-sets, he is the one that hooked me up.
