I'll handle the paper plates, cups, utencils, and napkins. Let me know my $$$ share on the beef. I can also bring some drinks.
Don't forget the charcoal...Kingsford matchlight is good...

BBQ Meat....
Ron and Arling,
So I need a good headcount for Saturday to be able to estimate how much meat we need. Last time I BBQ it was for 40 people and I used 20lbs of beef, 20lbs of chicken and 10lbs of pork. All was gone by the end of the day.
I'm thinking 20lbs of beef should suffice for 20 "carnivores" (1lb/person). Truthfully, 60lbs wouldn’t be enough, but my goal here isn't to stuff you guys but to just give you a sample of how good this dish is!!
Don't worry about the money, my treat! What goes very well with this meat is some Hawaiian Style Potato Salad. You know, the one with Crab meat mixed in or the one you can buy from "The Loft" or "Back home in Lahaina" (good local Hawaiian restaurants). If someone wants to volunteer to make or buy the potato salad that would be grand!
Oh yea, "beer" goes very well with Korean BBQ Beef as well.
I also make a "very" special BBQ chicken which I call, "7 layers of love BBQ chicken". The name is derived from the fact that there are 7 ingredients that go into the process; base BBQ sauce (secret sauce), garlic salt, garlic pepper, Worchester sauce, Vietnamese hot sauce, Tabasco, and the "love"- a 10 minute massage. Needless to say this stuff is "spicy" but oh so "good". You "will" fall in love with this delicious dish!
Dude the BBQ chicken is in strong competition with the Korean BBQ beef. I'll make my BBQ chicken the “next” time we have a BBQ.
So who's bringing the BBQ? Prefer a gas BBQ with some flavored wood chips thrown in for good measure. Also need a volunteer to man the BBQ.
I'm starting to get hungry!!
Rob
P.S. the only run that people will be interested on going after this feast is a quick drive home for a nap!

I am good for a 12 pack of beer, and definately want to share in the cost of all the other food. I also will bring some diet sodas.
