Thoughts on painting exposed exhaust pipes??

I was following my fiancee home last night and noticed that you can really see the yellowed exhaust pipes that run from side to side. Has anyone ever painted them black (undercoat) to help them blend into the car better?

Lower the car with the X74 suspension. Then you won't be able to see them

But if you really want to paint them(which is much cheaper than lowering!) then this is the product you want to use:

1200* high temp paint in black, silver or grey from Griots Garage.

HTH!
