Hey NeverFastEnough,

Car looks stunning! Seems to be a few of us here with Seal Grey C4S's and I must admit that the ext. mods you have made take an already magnificent machine to another level! congrats! Thanks for posting the pics! Takes all of the guesswork out for me...

Just think what an Evo S/C bolted on to an X51 C4S would do for you!!!

Was the install just plug and play per si?

I just bought a TT rear wing and trunk for my incoming C4S. I hope it all just plugs in with regards to the tail

Yours looks great!

Tim W....the aerokit just bolts on with no mods except a little paint work. It also comes with a cap for the stock 3rd brake light and some other stick on lip which I have not figured out how it attaches.

Thanks for all the complements. Too me and many others though it looks a little high (especially in the front) so I just ordered a X73 suspension kit.

NeverFastenough...

ya...pricey in Canada for sure. At Pfaff Porsche in Toronto, $17000.00 CDN plus labor plus 15% PST/GST. Probably get it cheaper somewhere else but nice knowing that a Porsche Dealer is standing behind the work as well. Still a lot cheaper than a turbo.

nacelle...

I only wish that were true. By the time I added the PSE, X51 and Aerokit, I could have bought a base turbo for cheaper. My next addition will be the X73 suspension.

However to load up a turbo with X50, Aerokit and X74 or X73 would run about 150K US. Major cash in Canada...I know as I used to live in Vancouver.

If you bought a standard TT-rear wing and trunk, then I am sorry to tell you that these part's won't fit.

The metal between the rear screen and the trunk, (which includes the 3rd brake light on a C4S) is much larger on a C4S, than on a TT. Thus the TT-trunk doesn't fit without MAJOR modifications (i.e. welding in the new sheet metal, which is something you don't want to do to a brand-new car).

@NeverFastEnough: There's something majorly wrong with your exhaust pipes. Their position should be centered in the cut-out. You should adjust them ASAP, because it simply doesn't look right the way it is now.

Marx...

Thanks for the heads-up. I noticed that too ever since my dealer put on the PSE. I'll ask them whatsup when I take it in for the X73 install.

I think it has to do with how they welded the stock tips onto the PSE. I thought it looked kind of odd but I will see what they say. Probably just give me a line of BS .

Well, simply show them a pic of a C4S's rear end (e.g. the one below) and how it's meant to look like. There's no argument they could possibly come up with agains that.

However the Aerokit looks great on your car...

WELDED the stock tips??? I thought it was simply clamps that need to be taken off and put back on...

Maybe it is...to be honest I have not looked. I did notice though that they stick out further after putting on PSE as well. Maybe I just have to slide them in/on a little further.
