Regardless of what the Vin says about it, that car pictured is obviously not a C4S. I'm sure you know what a C4s looks like, but for reference:

vs.

I would say #2 because of the extra HP.

No problem, I wouldn't want you getting into something that wasn't as advertised. However out of those 3, i'd still choose #2 because it has the updated headlights which can be a pricey modification if you decided to upgrade the front end on #1 and #3.

I'm thinking of going with #2 because it also has the lowest miles. Can anyone recommend some wheel shops, I'm looking for 18',19' all black rims now.

Be sure to get a PPI done, that alone should be the number one thing you should base your decision upon

My VIN (2002 C2) gave the same description- not that I know a lot about it, but I think it is just a lumped in "general" statement of the specific VIN type and covers all of those models.

I say go with #2 unless you want to get a C4. Start out with a good blank slate and mod it your way..

02 would be my choice. Better looks inside and out, more hp.

I've been doing some experimenting in photoshop with silver (and stole the rims from RocC4S thread):

#2 absolutely. The saying goes "buy the newest porsche you can afford". newer car, lower miles, that's a no brainer, especially with the imporvements for the Mk II cars.

The vin # number will come up with those sort of discriptions, my vin gave some funky discription too. The care is obviously not a GT2 either. It's a C4, a nice one at that.

You can allways add wheels and an areo kit later.
