Work starts officially today on my car. The parts should all arrive providing luck is on my side. A new door and front fender and lots and lots of new paint. I am not so unhappy about that. Damage is just under $5k with no frame or suspension damage at all. They think I'll have her back by the 6th, but I'm not holding my breath.

So in the meantime...this is what I have in the garage to keep me going.

When I hit a deer last year (or, the deer hit me), they replaced the RF fender and headlight and made some minor repairs to the bumper cover. The claim was over 3k. The one thing I was picky on was the paint match. The fit was excellent. However, the paint was a shade off. I caught it early be visiting the car before completion. They color matched it perfectly on the 2nd try. My C2 is Guards Red. The GT3 will be SY. Around here, the deer run across the road 5 at a time! Especially in the early evening or morning.
