New 19inch Wheel for 996 Owners - 3 Colors
In www.soloporsche.com we had discussed several times about 19" rims in a 996.
Almost everybody liked them, because aesthetical is owesome compared to 18", but there were some people who told that 996 suspensions were designed to support max. 18" wheels.
I can see that in USA most people mount big foots in their 996 with lower chassis.
How is the compromise in cornering stability and steering response?
I imagine that you have to do a different set up (allingment)
Did you notice a miss of the performance?
Comfort and noise are not very important for me. It's a 911.
I think that in wet conditions would be better stay at home...
Thanks in advance

People run 19 inch all day long. If you are tracking your car, run 18's. When you get the car aligned, it needs to be done with the wheels that you are going to use on the car all the time. There is a difference. Corner stability, steering response, none will be noticed to 95% of the people driving a 996.
