I was able to pick up a set of OEM Aero Rear Bumper Skirts for my my99 cab. However, the previous owner didn't have the mounting/drilling templates that normally come with the installation kit.

Does anybody have a set of them, new or used, that they could fax a copy to me?

Yes is the best way to do it.

 

With all the bolts, those skirts are really secure. I know first hand they will rip the bumper cover off and stay attached, and are still usable. I will see if I get one when I get the new one from Sunset. If not, I too will need a copy. If needed, someone can mail it to me and I will scan them and make a PDF for everyone.
