(Minor) Wheel Damage from repair shop

So had to take my car to the brake & tire shop nearby my office yesterday due to a broken valve stem (the second in a few months, but that will have to be another episode).

When I got the car back to work I noticed these scratches from them taking the wheel off... it is minor, but crap!

So, given these pictures.... is it worth raising a stink?
pretty minor damage... doubt most people would notice.

i had the same thing happen at a local body shop when I took my 330i in for some front bumper repair.
I told them about it, and they had the rim refinished. If it bugs you I say make them fix it, but the longer you wait the harder it will be.

neijia is infamous around these parts
That's what urethane coated sockets are supposed to be for (no scratches). You could make a stink, and have them paint the wheels, (hastle and a half for you) or you could live with it. It might be a principle issue for you; I don't know. Whatever you decide, you deserve to be put right.
good luck

thx for the input...
went back over there and they did offer to refinish the wheel, "just leave the car there" he said...
I decided I'd rather not have them touch it again, they are liable to screw up something else.

oh well... I have been toying with getting all 4 wheels redone, maybe darker than stock- like a gun metal grey. also have a slight bend that i hope can be corrected.
I guess this is a good excuse to get it done

If I have anyone else touch the car, I usually hand them the sleeved socket I keep in the car at all times.....
