I am interested in buying a SSK and was wondering where I could get either the Porsche or the B&M at a good price.

I know that the Porsche kit is a rebadged B&M but I think my local P-Dealer will not like the B&M kit. At the same time though I am not going to pay a ridiculous price for the Porsche kit (US$827 in Oz installed)

Am I crazy to expect to be able to buy the kit for about US$450?

 

I just put a short shift kit in my car. I ordered the SSK from foreign afffairs ($240 with shipping) and had Champion Porsche install it ($250) and found out when I got to Champion that they would have sold me the B&M short shifter for $215 also.

I bought mine from brandywine (board sponsor) $200 plus shipping. Installed it myself in an hour. Very easy to do.
