I will not purchase another turbo EVER if it does not have:

1. Bluetooth
2. Satellite Radio
3. Ipod Interface

My housekeeper's Toyota is more 2007 than my Turbo.

Meh, I bought my car to drive, not to fiddle endlessly with trendy gadgets.

a porsche only needs to have engine, drivetrain, wheels/tires, and a place where the driver can operate the control. all the rest are essentially useless dead wt.

you bought the wrong car. try the porky M6 or bentley.

haha this is a funny thread... the turbo is a comfertable car and a "every day driver" in many views on this thread. Its what I use it for and I would love to have bluetooth and xm in the car... it wont stop me from buying it and adding it later but its just something i would like. i would rather go 0=60 in 3.4 then be talking to some dumb blond in my bluetooth car phone lol

I agree with you !00%. If I had it my way, I would even forget the stupid cup holders along with power windows, power sunroof, leather seats and no rear seats and of course all the other features you mention. Porsche is a Porsche. Its a sports car. You shouldnt have time to fiddle around with all B.S. amenities. You should be focusing on driving one of greatest pieces of engineering.

With that attitude and distorted sense of priorities, you should not be allowed to drive a porsche and banned to tooling around in a toyota corolla with your blue tooth thingamajingy hanging on your ear, listening to the shrill voice of howard stern on your satellite radio.

Well, not having 1 and 2 is not Porsche's bad...it's who ever ordered the car's bad. It may not be "Bluetooth" but with a sim card it's still a hands free in-car phone system.

I have the SIM card phone module. It's lousy. I have to keep a separate phone line and when someone calls me on my cell when I'm driving....can't answer it.

If Porsche can put a useless stopwatch on my dash...why can't they add other features that are actually useful. (I am selling my wart on ebay to the highest bidder for any who are interested.)

The 997TT is not a track car. It is a luxury performance automobile that happens to kick a** at the track.

I purchased the 997TT because I wanted to go 0-60 in 3.6 AND be comfortable. If I wanted to just go fast I could have bought the Z06.
