yeah i think it's those 2 legs that are supporting the wing.
they look really tall even though they are on the same height as stock RS wing (i think it sits on same height)
last picture is my fav out of all.
some body mod will make it flow.
i think it's pretty cool

Geez, Alex I am very surprised you actually installed that thing on the back of that gorgeous 997TT. Very dissappointing, I am afraid that looks absolutely hideous and ruins the look and lines of the machine...

that wing is huge, i remember it didn't look so tall when i saw it on a techart 997TT... then i went back to look at a TA997TT and i see that the rear bumpers really balances that wing so well. i would say get the rear bumper but if u like it as is its all good too.

off topic- anyone have a 997TT with a GT3RS wing?

Well I knew this would strike up some emotions......fun seeing all the different opinions though.....as Alex says; you either love it or you hate it.....that said I am thinking that the GT Street rear bumper would be a good add as long as it will work with the current body, becuase I dont want to change out the fenders.....I have that question in to Alex now......May be TechArt would like to donate one? (Yeah right!)......Stay tuned.

I would like to set the record straight regarding my post in this thread. After making this comment regarding Alex actually installing this on a machine, I realized that it may be construed to be a personal attack. That was not my objective, I have the utmost respect for Alex and James at Sharkwerks and their visions and passions in creating these machines of Art. I have been a strong supporter of Alex and his business success for many years, so with that said and receiving a private P.M. from Alex I would like to PUBLICALLY appologize to Alex and James and the team at Sharkwerks for my comments regarding the install of that wing.. With every good wish to you all. Best regards, Kenny

My 2 cents.

Too aggressive. Looks a little rice-ish bolt on kit. I'm sure it has a purpose but just doesn't look right. TA could've designed it with a little more stylish maybe.
