Please don't take this the wrong way Dan, but I don't believe that the pictures shown do these wheels any justice, or the car for that matter. For example, in the last picture it even looks like the flash is on, which would light up the entire wheel well, making any wheel combination look pretty...well, dirty.

I'm no master photographer, but here are some shots of a GT3 I saw at the track, with 18" Gunmetal TE37s, and they were sweet.

I still dont like them on the GT3, and it has nothing to do with the brand name, it's all about the style, that style doesnt fit the 911 curvature very well, I dont like that style much on any car really, volk make some better looking wheels than those.

I would like these better on a Porsche

I thought the 19x12 volks only came in narrow body offsets. Did you run spacers or are these made specifically for the widebody 997 versions?

I did not take the pictures, this was done by the customer which i appreciated. The GT3 Volks from WA I sold that customer. Thanks for the picture as I have been wanting to see them on that GT3. For racing, you cannot beat this wheel.

They do make them in the wider body fitment. Sizes you can see here - http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/...odelName=TE37P

That's alright. I tried my best. I like the CE and the RE models as well, unfortunately they don't make any of them for Porsche fitment other than the TE37. Probably due to the big brake clearance factor. The TE37 was designed to be their main track wheel and designed the spokes for "big brake clearance" accordingly. These wheels are definitely a love it/hate it wheel, especially when it comes to applications on non-japanese cars.

I do like seeing more and more 1 pc wheels on P-cars though, there certainly aren't enough options out there. It's much more popular to go the 3 pc with dish look.

i think they look right at home on the car. personally i get tired of seeing the HREs and BBS wheels on every car. i think its refreshing to see something different, that maybe doesnt just blend into the lines of the car.

hey vividracing....

What does a set of those smoked corners cost? I need a set for my gt3!

Been shopping for wheels for my white gt3 and now you got me curious. I don't really think the TE37's suite the Porsche that well - I was expecting more curvature of the rear rims for the deep offset sorta like what the BBS RC's for the e46 m3 had with that "bowed" look.

What does it cost to powdercoat a custom set of rims and do the color painted lip? I'm thinking a dark charcoal rim and a yellow painted outer lip but can't find a wheel I like just yet. Any suggestions?

Was thinking the Work VSSX like what this Porsche has....does this car belong to anyone on the boards? Saw it on s2ki but he said it was from 6speed....
