New Owner... few questions
Agreed - My car was built yesterday with a MSRP of over 167,000.00 and now the mods. Before I found this forum, valve stem caps might have been the extent of my mods. Now it's damptronics, ecu, exhaust, steering wheel, ventureshield, wheels -where does it stop?
I have four 110' eucalyptus trees in my back yard, and some huge pieces broke off and landed in the pool and spa. A big mess, but no damage to speak of.
I haven't decided on the exhaust yet - tomorrow I have to get through the DMV conga line for an out-of-state purchase, and then have Supremepower install the P40's. I'm headed to Hong Kong early Sat morning, but still want to hear your AWE system.

Hello Everyone,
I've been looking on this great forum for a while now... and i finally picked up a 997 turbo this evening. Gotta say, the car is amazingly fast and handles like no other.
However, i gotta few questions for you guys...:
1)should i generally let the turbo warm up in the morning before taking it out? Basically, letting the car idle for a bit.
2)does any one have any pictures of their 997TT w/ aftermarket wheels but w/o changing the suspension? I plan to get a set of wheels, but i really prefer not to touchthe oem suspension. Hence, if the car looks okay riding on the oem suspension, that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

You should be estatic at this point, congrats. I let my tt idle a minute when cold and shift at 3k until warm. Always take it easy a few miles before you park it and let it idle a minute before shut down.
