i gotta admit that a white TT with painted aprons/spoilers is still my FAVORITE! Mine is red and its cool, but the white just looks RIGHT. Your Dad got it right!

Certainly don't mind your dad's 997TT, although I must say I do prefer the look of contrast on Carrara White. There's just too much White going on.

Gorgeous cars. Tell dad the TT has AWD and handles great in the rain.

 

Knock on wood but I have never had a problem with the smokeys.... my dad did get pulled over once in the turbo at like 730am on a saturday morning but the cop let him go with a warning and a "i have added you to the system." I think more than anything this was a cop that was bored and wanted to have a closer look at the car. Other then that once time we have never hada problem and must of our cars don't have front plates...
