Sorry but whats the difference between the M97 block and theh GT1. Why is the M97 worse?

The GT1 block is a dry sump. The M97 is a wet sump used on the regualr 997 models. The GT1 is bulletproof and can handle lots of horsepower from mods. The M97 is believed to be able to handle only up to about 550hp.
