except that we were on a 40 mile long stretch of new highway that wasn't (isn't) open to the public yet... and the "right" lane was still under construction.

here's the entry point... notice the... er... "security shack" guarding the entrance . well, the guard did have a gun!

40mi of open road. nice! now you got me all curious. why did they let you in on a road that's not open to the public yet.
