Strech Satin is the type we use ot our shop, and so far anyone of our customers that ordered one has been very happy and pleased with the way they work and look.
Just remember that it is not a good idea to cover a car unless you have washed first

I recently purchased a custom car cover for my Brabus B55 from carcoversdirect.com. It is a Weathershield HD model and fits perfectly.
They have both ready-made and custom covers available. The biggest determining factor will be whether you plan to use it inside or outside. I was parking my car outside for about a 3 month period while I renovated my home/garage. It kept my car pristine even though we had heavy rains in January and February (well, heavy for Southen Cal that is).
I checked the site and they have many choices for the 997TT in the custom area. Here is a link:

Like I said, I got the Weathershield HD and it is great. Not too soft on the inside though. No outdoor covers are. As others have said, it will produce light scratches and swirl marks if the car isn't really clean when you put it on. Also, keep the underside clean. I put it on the car and wash it, then turn it inside out and wash it again.
Good luck!

I wash my car often and this goes right on for protection.
Bought it at Brandywine Porsche for $300 or so. Good looking, great fit and provides good protection.

That is a nice cover. I like that it has the mirror holes. Unless the cover is made specifically for your model you don't normally get those. That cover looks like it is strictly an indoor cover though. I don't think it would do well outdoors.
I wouldnt leave it outside with that cover, agreed.
maybe in a car port but not for too long.
its basically a nice breathable dust cover for the garage.
it saves me from having to wash the dust off it when it sits in the garage for a week.
great cover and good looking.

Looks like you got the same cover as me.....Every try to throw it in the washing machine? I have some stains on mine and getting black marks by the tires.
Funny you mention that, i got stains from the tires too.
I took some dish detergent and a sponge and spot washed the cover. It did take some of the grease off but it still is black.
I am afraid to wash it,, it will never be the same again. And our home washer and dryer is too small to accomodate this huge cover.
I ll try again with the cover on the car to wash it with a good detergent and see if I can get the black off.
the inside of the cover is cottony and pristine so really no need to wash. I never put the cover on with a good washing of the car.
