Question on Turbo's Importing Price...

Hey guys,

This is my first post on the board!!!!

I recently got my mind set on getting a white 997 Turbo... I currently own an 06 Alpine white BMW M5, however I think it is time for a change and the only car that can compare to the all around greatness of an M5 is the Turbo (although they are in 2 completly different classes) IMHO. I live in Toronto, Canada, and a dealer friend of mine has given me a rough price on getting one imported from the US. I am looking to get one slightly used, with approx 5,000-15,000km... What kind of prices should I be expecting to pay on a fully loaded Turbo?? Does 125,000US sounds about right??

Thanks guys... Looking forward to one day discussing what mods to put on my Turbo!!

$125k is about right. Depending on what options it has. Moded vs. Un-Moded

You can get lightly optioned 07 turbo's from 105k north. Check out e-bay and Porsche's online site. You can search for used turbo's in Canada or US....9 pages of them last time I checked.

I have a new 2008 997TT on a vessel (currently in line at the Panama Canal) which will be here in mid-April. Nicely optioned including pccbs - sticker is $148k.
