GP7 wheels and TPMS problem

Hi, please I need some help. Cant balance these wheels with the TPMS sensor installed. My mechanic says they need a lot of weight (200grms. or even more) per wheel. Any of you had this problem? How to solve it? Thanks a lot

Alcyon,

I have 2 sets of GP7's. They balance to zero with no tires and no TPMS sensors. Adding the sensors will require a fair amount of weight to balance the wheel again - for mine it takes about 6" long strip of weights per wheel - but it will balance to zero. I ran one set to 187mph recently at a 1 mile VMax with no tire vibration whatsoever. Don't worry

Check the tire and make sure they are seated properly, this happened to me once at the dealer- severe vibration and a wheel that could not be balanced. They re mounted the tire and it was cured.
