programming the Tip to start in 1st?

QTR TT is infamous around these parts
programming the Tip to start in 1st?
Can any company program the Tiptronic to start in 1st all the time?
the car only starts in 1st if its cold or after using the sports button. I would like to have it start in 1st all the time.

Generally I leave my car in Drive not Manual and when I come to a stop just toggle the steering wheel shifter button down and it will be in 1st. Once you launch it will shift automatically since the gear selector was still in Drive.

I have not heard of any electronics that will reprogram it.
