I think its silly to have to install aftermarket bluetooth in any car over 100k. Most states have laws for cell phone use now. So if Bluetooth is making a TT soft, oh well! As for the other upgrades, if they sell the car with nav, the nav should be a quality unit. So many OEM's use nav's that are either way too difficult to operate or are crap out of the box. What is soft IMO, is all the talk about an automatic trans in a Porsche. It should be a crime to order it and all autos should have a large decal on the back
