Funny you mention it - I am also seriously considering GTR but these "subtle" changes are really drawing me closer. I wonder how the new tranny will affect TT accerleration... perhaps right at 3 sec mark to 0-60?!

 

Looks like the C2S is 2 tenths faster to 100km/h with the PDK. But lack of paddle shifters kills it for me. I'd wager the Turbo will be considerably quicker with the PDK vs. the 6 speed.

 

I like it all except for the steering wheel...that has to go.

I love what they did. Its an evolutionary car, not revolutionary car. Wait until you see it in person. I can guarantee when some of you see it in person you will change your mind.

that car is amazing a lot of my friends say that the 911 always looks the same. but how can't they see the difference. to me it like looks at a whole new car. is it just that i look at them more then my friend do. is it true no 2009 turbo. just wondering.

 

There is always a sick feeling that comes over me when one of my cars gets even more out of date. But it wears off as soon as I get back in the car. Like in the past, these changes are very incrimental and won't change the landscape all that dramatically. The PDK is a nice change. But I still like the input of a true 6 speed.

 

I think your the exception to the rule, thats all tried and true 911 right there.
