Hi,
I know that kid in the background, he is one of the perth-wrx club members. The reason there is a large crowd formed is that the crash is in front of a particularly busy pub, the pub he was drinking in all afternoon before the accident..
When he left (fully pissed), he pulled a finger at everyone who was watching him at the lights, and tried to do a burnout and ploughed straight into the lights. He then made a run for it when the cops arrived and got caught in the back carpark. He blew .244 and was arrested immediately.

I don't know the guy mate? But why would you be driving a Ferrari with a BAC of .244?
What part about him refusing to get out of the car? Like I said - the guy in the car in the photos is the towie.
