For some time now, I have been reading threads regarding mods with different stages.
Can someone please give a quick review of the different stages and maybe even the cost range of the different stages and the companies that provide these mods.

EVT700 for 25k. Is this the total price?
I assume that it does not include installation and that it can only be installed by certified mechanics only available in certain areas of the country.
