You might want to match this with an anti-sway bar as well. Any of these after-market solutions is an improvement over stock.

You might want to consider an alternative: Bilstein PSS10. My impression of the system (and some interesting info.) here: http://www.rennteam.com/showflat.php...&page=0#449462

Have the H&R springs and like them very much, wanted them for lowering purposes mostly, but track my car as well there great, i am sure the pss10s are the next big step

I saw H and R on the Turbo and that front lip was very low . I think the damtronics are the way to go except in my case I chose the Techart only because I wanted to maintain a precise consistency with the full aerokit .
I've been pleased with it and the ride height is reasonable enough for my local streets.

you can get champion springs they are the same as H&R for $495.
I should have mine next week.
