I just plasti-dipped mine.. $7 for a can, AND you don't have to remove it.. vs $200+ for a painted one. Easy decision for me..

Not the best pic but it looks great in person.

Those are definitely BBI tips only available on a BBI exhaust great sound btw & that set is ceramic coated or you can have them natural like mine .As far as the turbo emblem ,no need to waste money buying those new emblems just use the one you already have ,just take a piece of dental floss or fishing line & use it like a saw to remove your existing emblem, it will leave a perfect outline of the turbo script in black foam on the decklid (leave that residue there for perfect placement after you paint yours)spray paint your old emblem flat or glossy black & use some super glue to attach it back to the foam outline on the decklid ,the super glue only touches the foam residue & the back of the emblem not the paint cost $00.00

How do you do the plasti dip without removing the emblem? Isn't plasti dip a type of spray paint? The result looks great in any case.....

Ah Ha, great video dr thanks for the tip, Interesting that it sticks to the chrome finish and not the paint. I'm going to go for it on my white TT.

michaeldantep, see here... https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...911-turbo.html

No real consensus, however most thought it looked good (its the OP's car and he can do with it as he pleases) but most wouldn't do it...
