TPMS Accuracy?

My TPMS is always 3to 4 pounds less then the real tire pressure.I have checked it with different gauges and it is always 3to 4 psi less.Is that normal and can it be adjusted or do we just deal with it.

It's normal. I don't think there's a fix. IMHO, the only thing TPMS saves you is accidentally driving on a flat tire that you were unaware of.

Its normal, if you read your temperature in the morning when your tires are cold, and then check the TPMS the difference is usually the same. So if its -3PSI it will stay that way as they heat up.

Useful for the track, when I see 34-35 PSI on the rear I know my car is gonna be loose, I bleed after every session, but this way I know immediately in car.

+1. My favorite is when you are only 1-2 lbs down and it says you are low.

leadfoot- did you change the wheels? if so, sometimes the installer puts the TPMS sensor back in incorrectly. I think that issue was diagnosed and discussed a few months ago in a thread here too.
