RS/TT, Those look well made but one thing I have noticed on some of the headers out there is the testing on pipe diameter and flange size. They may look awesome but when you put them on and test they either loose power or net 0. Some times you can measure a larger opening on the header than the turbine housing and that's no good. They may net o gain also only because the collector is good but the rest is not. Lastly you have to keep in mind on the design room, peak hp, heat, spool up and more. Lot's of testing req. IMO. Bigger or longer is not always better. I have stock ported headers on my 700 car and am looking into the AWE headers. The information looks good and I have inspected a set before installing...there are many positive key traits to them.
you are writing about mine headers or in general?
Btw. Take a stock car install performance headers made in USA or china or Germany and you will find nothing extra.

That is not true. I have measured the stock exhaust header, the AWE header, an aftermarket header created by my own fabricator, and a Maxspeed/Fabspeed header. There are no obvious differences to the untrained eye, but once you put the calipers on them and check the welds, tubing wall thickness, radius of bends, etc there are many differences.
