Painted Console

Anyone have any pictures of a GT silver car with the seatbacks and/or center console painted in the exterior color (GT silver). thanks in advance!

Eric, you seem like a man of good taste. I am ordering the GT silver cab with black interior. Seat backs in exterior color. Do you think the console needs to be painted exterior also or just keep it black? I'm going to follow your lead!

The stock seat back color (as in the photo Eric posted above) is really not that far off from GT Silver. I did not order mine painted in my GT Silver Cab. I spent the money on leather options. Is the painted center console susceptable to scratching?

Mk....you can leave it alone for now, and do the painted unit post delivery for half the price of the factory option.

KC.....the finish is much different on stock seatbacks compared to painted, but visually from 20' no one would 'see' it. Up close, it's obvious.

Eric is right. The quality and depth of the finish on a GT Silver painted seat back and the standard seat back is quite different, but the overall effect is not significantly different with a GT Silver car.
