Car lowering benchmark measurements

Since I own a 997S (Cab), placing an entry in this forum could be characterized as 'lurking', but I'm looking for some technical details and there seem to be more people actively wrenching their P-cars on this forum than others.
I've had a set of Damptronics installed in my 997S Cab (2005) - thanks to all of the fine writeups by Cannga and others - and my garage tech left them in rather raw form. Neither stock nor final adjustments. In part because he wanted them to 'settle' and in part because he was a little uncertain on the proper dial-in height.
I'm doing this work myself before the car makes a visit to the alignment (and perhaps corner weighting) shop because it looks interesting and is one of the few things that can be done be a lay person that will allow some performance experimentation.
To do so, I need to properly establish the means and the original OEM height levels for the car, so I can use them to determine when I've got it properly lowered. Cannga specifies a 20mm drop, but, based on the initial lowering out of the box, that seems like it might be on the edge of practicality in my area, and in and out of my driveway.
Regardless, I've gotten this tip from 996toomey describing the factory method for height measurement. If anone out there could shoot over of post some photos graphically depicting these two measuring points, I'd appreciate it. I'm can't decode the rear descriptors and am not certain of the former:

I just had this work done. The actual Porsche measuring points are in the front from "Road contact surface to lower edge of hexagon-head bolt of cross-member screw connection to the body" and in the rear "Wheel contact surface to the locating bore in the rear-axle side section (between toe and camber eccentrics)"

This is just what I've been looking for. As you might have seen, I already did the work. But I'll use this to check and tune as needed.
Thanks again.

A bit more data perhaps?

BTW, do you or anyone else have the stock/oem figures referred to on the page as being on page 44-3?
Thanks,
Verde

josephsdesimone is infamous around these parts
Maybe this is to obvious but don't forget to keep an eye on the "rake" of the car (front height relative to rear height. Regards, Joe
