Chrono light (on vs off )

After I had my last set of mods done I got my car back and the chrono light was on . It was late in the day so I figured I'd go back . At first the reflection at night onto the windshield was distracting . They said "we can reset it" .

I had my car in today and got it back and they had reset the light. It was off at night.

I had gotten used to it . I had become fond of it on. Now I am missing my "on" chrono light .

So it's going back to on .

Anyone else have theirs on? I had not even known it could be done.

It's simple programming procedure .I myself have no idea how its done.
Supposedly it takes 2 minutes to do and the cars come with it "off" but the feature exists to have it "on" when the lights are on.
A little distrating at first but then it really does give the night dash a full appearance .

if you have the option of turning it on and off, as you desire, how do you benefit by having it on all the time?

It's only on when the lights are on as opposed to the dash being illuminated and the chrono off. Cosmetically it gives a fullness to the dash at night on vs off -imo . I have rarely used the stop watch . It's more for entertainment than daily use.
