So hot! I have those wheels as well and will have them on my next 997TT and then on probably my next Turbo after that! These wheels just say Porsche Turbo all over them.

Thanks, Can!! You're making my head swell.

As for the best selling aftermarket wheel of all time, I think that would have to be quite a feat. We've got some old HREs that I know have sold WAY more than the P40, but the P40 is still young so we'll see.

It is my favorite as well though. Sometimes you create a wheel and you forget about it. Other times you create a wheel and you fall in love. The P40 is my love...

But I'm not done yet. I'm confident I've got more up my sleeve worthy of your accolades!

Dear HRE - I hate to rain on the P40 love parade, but there is one problem I have found. The locking wheel nut only just fits in the socket. That means when you take it in and out when changing the wheel it scratches the paint significantly. Last weekend we were using a tonne of 3 in 1 oil as lubricant during the process but still it was catching despite being as careful as humanly possible. So I would suggest a slight redesign to make the holes a few mm wider going forwards. As I think I was the first person in the UK to put a set of P40's on my Turbo it's a shame I had to find this out the hard way but wanted to share so that you can fix this for others going forward.

I doubt any other customer (in the world) has had their P40's on-and-off as much as me given all my suspension upgrades and fine tuning.

Perhaps some resellers/garages have seen this issue too and use special tools?!

My shop uses a plastic style adapter when taking the wheels off- I am not sure what its made of but I dont have the scratches.
