I don't think flashing it is the answer, a CEL ia a potential serious matter that I would want to know about. There can be multiple problems, not just bad cats. Ressetting or turning off the o2 sensor isn't the answer, having the correct cat is the solution, imo. Tubi here, 9k miles, flashed ecu with o2 sensors untouched, no CELs.
Proper cats(hjs?) with bung extensions for insurance would be the best solution to 997ttt's CEL issue.
I have only heard good things about bbi btw!

So do you know for sure that the O2 paramaters were left "stock" on your flash?

Yep, know 4 a fact, I insisted on it. I had the tubis on my car for 3k before I flashed it, and fs before that, w hjs cats, no CELs. I think that 08-09 cars are more sensitive than 07s.

Well, my "less sensitive" '07 has had nothing but CEL's since the exhaust was installed. I'm on my 3rd set of CATS - this set is the HJS cat.

Will be trying the bung extension hopefully this week.

Chris, I know you've had a lot of problems with yours, I can only comment on my experience. You have more patience than me.
