Exposed 997TT Radiators

Am I the only one who wonders why our radiators are exposed???

When I first purchased the car I phoned Porsche and asked them where the screen protection is missing and they told me this is normal.

But at speed I'm wondering that the fins will eventually damage from the velocity of road debris impact...(?)

You might like to check the thread in the 996TT section entitled "Somebody got new grills ". It is about installing screens in the grills to prevent rocks, etc. from hitting the radiators. Check the link below.
