has anyone used racing tape over a clear bra? I want to tape up where I can to try to avoid getting the melted rubber stuck to 3M film. I can never get the balck marks off the film - anyone know a product? I tried adhesive remover but it doesn't completely due the trick.

Plexus works for me.

 

just tape it and remove it carefully. Racers tape comes off relatively easy without sticking too much as long as you don't leave it on there for too long. a weekend at the track should be perfectly fine.

 

thanks - I usually take it off right after the event is over. It comes off a regular car surface easily as you said. I'll try a piece on the bra and see how it goes.

 

Clag from the track comes off with any clay bar. I just took some off both the paint and the clear bra this morning in fact. Happened to be a Mother's brand clay bar I think.
