Let me see if I can answer a few of these questions:

On the color in the picture - it does appear a bit lighter in that shot due to lighting. We took about 10 shots of that car, and damn if they all were not 100% in color tone accuracy due to lighting.

But every part we do is exactly matched to the factory finish without a hint of change at all. Otherwise we'd never have been around this long! We're more **** than most, so suffice it to say, it will be absolutely perfect.

Here's that same car, with another shot, just different lighting that affected the images:

On this 'seal' issue I have yet to EVER hear from anyone who installed these parts and had any issue like that. This part has no seal, it mounts to framing in the interior door panel and has no exposure to exterior weather at all. The part, when installed, is a very tight and solid piece.

As for other parts - ANY part that is not leather can be painted. On the red interior shots above, we painted ONLY what that customer asked for. But for example, we would normally paint out the volcano gray on all of the parts (seatbacks, pcm, cupholder, steering wheel, etc), and we do the following parts on a regular basis:

Gauge Surround (instrument cluster surround)
Interior Mirror mount points
Steering wheel trim
PCM Center Stack
Rear Console
Cupholder Trim
Shifter Boot Trim
Glove Box Opener
Door Openers
Seatbelt Outlets
and many more....

Most of these shots are taken by customers after installation

i was told by the dealer that it would be a "BIG" job and that they would
have to break "seal" from panel to remove the part. the door finisher piece is part of the whole door panel they suggest ordering the OEM panel with factory painted door finisher. as you can read from original thread dealer quoted $600 for about 6hrs labor; you stated around to hrs
i'm getting the feeling that the dealer " DON'T KNOW SH.T!" dealer states "big" job; you state straight forward paint job and replacement?

Have you considered the buttons on the steering wheel? The paint looks great!

I'm forging ahead with the door trims!

Hopefully they will be installed sometime next week, so pics will follow.
