ECU related question to all Tuners out there!

Is it possible that you can make a flash work for almost all mods on a 997TT?
For example:
1- if you do a 200 cell cat or 100 cell cat, would you need to make any additional tweaking to compensate?

2- stock turbos or larger VTG's, do you need to make any additional modification?

3- Larger IC's, same question

4- Basically, if you add all the above or only or two only, can you run the same flash and not have any issues?

5- To properly make sure the flash fits your vehicle's mod, is a dyno enough to view and monitor?

6- What is common on a flashed 997TT with upgrades?

7- Does the 997 TT show the same symptoms (hickup at a certain RPM range) as the 996TT?

I would love anyone's feedback, mostly tuners. I think this thread could help a lot of people understand better on which package is going to be more suitable for their project vehicles and which tune to go with.

Thanks to you all in advance.
