i own both cars an 07 997TT (white, techart exhaust) and an 05 Gallardo (silver, larini exhaust)...when it comes to driveability the 997tt rocks but when you are looking for melody and attention then the gallardo will do it for you..

forgot to mention reliability, for some reason the gallardo i have is quite jinxed from day one and it keep on breakingdown every other day, although the previous owner was so satisfied with but dunno why it has been pain in the back with me.

 

Test drove both cars in the past several weeks.(more time in the F430..a 2007). Both are extremely beautiful automobiles. The gallardo had some vacuum exhaust tube disconnected and it made the car LOUD!! Me personally, I liked the look of the lambo better. Two things disappointed me though. First, I can't get used to the e gears. I guess at this time I still prefer a good old manual. Second, I thought both cars would be faster. Especially for the money. My '09 Viper will absolutely destroy these cars in a race...and around a track!!
