You know over the years i have spent thousand upon thousand of dollars trying to upgrade whatever car i had at the time. I have been through vendors and suppliers all the way from the U.S. to Asia and no one comes close to the service and care that i have gotten from Vivid. I have purchased great products from other vendors, i can't deny that, but that's it, it always ends at the product and at the sale. Being here in Kuwait is definitely tough since we are so far away, but i'm really lost for words just how much i have come to appreciate a company that goes the extra mile from investigating what's best for your car (even if they don't carry the part of they think someone else has a better product THEY WILL TELL YOU) and it doesn't stop there from follow up phone calls to making sure you are 100% happy and satisfied. I am seriously glad i have and always will deal with the "mermel"

Just wanted to give credit when/where credit is due.

Dan keep up the amazing work.

*i don't own shares in Vivid i don't plan on buying the company, i'm just a real happy customer.
