BRVs AP
Have the installation shop contact me and I will be happy to discuss with them. They had to remove parts to install your intake, BRV's, and whatever service or parts you might have done at the same time. There are many scenarios to look at. 20 or so people are running the valves from Agency Power and I have not heard of this issue. Since you are only driving in sport, have you tried it in non sport? What does your boost gauge say on the dash?
The valve is simple in its design by having a stiffer spring with piston to stay closed longer to not allow boost to leak out. It is possible you might have a loose vaccum line, pinched line, etc.
Instructions are here again FYI - http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/p...?cID=10&pID=85

Then you are like me!
And because of this I think it's important to get in touch with a good local tuner; not just for the current problem with the Agency Power mod but future mods as well. So... you might want to give AWE Tuning a call -- also in Pennsylvania. They are a reputable tuner with impeccable reputation and IMO would be a great source of professional and knowledgeable help.
Don't let this problem influence your attitude towards modding. Modding could be a lot of fun, as long as you have a great tuner and use tested and proven components (not implying at all that Agency Power stuffs are neither
).

Hmmmm...there are a number of forum members with the BRVs on their 997tts. If someone has the answer to this please post it!
Are there any Durametric gurus out ther? Does the boost pressure data logged show demand or actual boost? Can we run a few WOT and plot the duration between full boost between shifts?
Also, FWIW during my dyno run and ECU tune at GIAC, there was a real probe that measures actual pressure of boost. Perhaps this imply that whatever number obtained electronically, as with durametric, is not reliable?
Bob, would you please explain what device/instrument/toy is needed to do this, the data logging, and what is involved? (I am tottally new at this.)

The software will do a lot of data evaluation via the OBDII port.

When you tune on the dyno, you simply take the vaccum port that runs to the dyno computer and T it in a pressure source. The Durametric version is reading it electronically which is just as accurate. What would help out here is if the OP told us what the gauge on the dash reads to start with. If he is making 15psi to redline, no boost leaks, maybe the piston is sticking. We supply grease to make sure all is moving properly.

my life is too hectic to stress out about my car. i had a chance at a lambo spider and passed on it (GREAT PRICE/MINT); may have been a bad decision (that would not have needed mods)

don't know if dealer used it with assembly; you would think they would since they are PROs?

now that's what i call LAG
does not matter sport ON/OFF; same delay occurs! before BRV mod response was almost immediate; i was told it would still improve; to my SURPRISE the opposite happened. GO FIGURE?
