Our fabrication department got some of the VR800 horsepower kit upgrade parts done so I thought I would leak out a couple of pictures before the official release tomorrow. Pictured below is our full 3 inch aluminum Ypipe with a mount for the Greddy EBC solenoid and OEM map sensor. You can also see in the picture the fender intake pipes, 1 of the silicone BOV return hoses, and fittings. Both aluminum pipes are powdercoated gloss black. Because the Porsche VTG oil and water line fittings are proprietary, we include new braze on fittings to convert for using Garrett turbo necessary oil and water lines. Below that is a picture of our modified intercoolers which feature a 3 inch pipe to match the Ypipe. This gives the system a complete 3inch all the way to the upgraded throttle body and plenum. Finally below that is our new headers to mount the Garrett turbos and tial wastegates in the jig. These will all be sold as a complete kit from Vivid Racing as the VR800 or individual pieces through Agency Power dealers for those that want to spec and build there own kit.
No all this is done in house by Agency Power and Vivid Racing. We have a full fab shop, mandrel bander and our outside CNC machines to do our custom work. But thanks
