Nico,
I love this forum, get great advice from folks...
The last mod ( maybe 2nd last) I am considering is Bilstein coilovers.
When I get the coilovers installed I will have the opportunity to lower the car.
I am not sure about lowering the car as I already end up touching the front lip with current factory height. I am concerned about getting the usability of the car in trouble.
I will appreciate if forum members help me decide whether I should lower the car.
Todo.

Doug,
Thanks.... hope to bring the car into the next uptown meet...
Next is coilovers - I am considering Bilstiens - Don was talking about lowering the car - i will seek yours and Gene's advice... I worry about making the car too low as I already hit ramps all over town..
Todo...

Rclaims,
I love the 20's glad I read your post....
If you have any thoughts about lowering the car and how it affects its daily usage (hitting ramps scrapes etc) ... I would love to hear.

I was worried as well about the coilovers

I used to scrape my stock lip all the time at stock height

I have the techart lip now with an RSS plate under it and haven't had any problems at all

the ride and handling is far more sporty and it looks great

I would never go back

my only issue is that now I get a ton of rock chips which no one seems to talk about

but it's like battle scars ao it doesn't really bother me

go for it-I have gone for long traffic filled trips and it's still great

trust me-you'll love it

It will be interesting how I can get a color match for the techart lip for the special order color of my car match...

Very unique combo. Looks great. Those cars look soooo much better with quad exhaust tips

Make the new 997.2 Turbo Spyder wheels look plain and boring in comparison! Nice work.

Good question...well what would you do if you got into a fender bender? I'm sure you can order a can of paint. Or maybe they can paint it flat black if you prefer that look.

Love the color, love the wheels. They look HUGE! I'm sure they look nice in motion.
