911 turbo windshield rubber

Hey everyone, my new 911 turbo has a Sirius antena installed on the roof of the car. I can see the wire is being run under the windshield rubber and I would like it removed. I asked a tuner if he could do it for me, but he gave me a short story about some kind of a chemical being installed by Porsche where you can't remove the rubber from the glass without breaking the window itself. Does this makes sense guys? Also, what do you think new rubber with install should cost at the dealer ? (was closed today, so I couldn't ask them)
Just to explain, the wire can't be removed without replacing the rubber because it is warped and I even got a drop or two of water through. It's not a big deal by any means but I'd like it fixed properly.
