I have 2 questions that may be obvious to everyone else:

1. Is this upgrade for the iPod or Bluetooth modules?

2. How do we actually upload the firmware update to our car?

thanks,

Dan

p-cardriver is infamous around these parts
To upload you copy the file to your usb stick and then put it in the Dension. Power on for at least a minute.
There may be directions on the Dension web site.

I don't know what is in this release so no idea which devices it benefits.

Instructions are ALWAYS in the download text file. But yes, download the file, extract the related file to your USB, put it on the Dension unit, and it does the rest.

This update does not do much Porsche-wise for the iPod side, but does add some things on the Bluetooth side.

And any updates are ALSO referenced on one of the text files in the download too. Makes it pretty easy to see what it is before using it if you choose.

Just like to keep the 'community' as up to date as possible.
